Combine water, brown sugar and milk i the pot and bring to low boil over medium heat.
Add hot chocolate and reduce to low heat.
Keep whisking until all chocolate is melted for 2-3 min until fully combined.
Cool and keep chocolate mixture in fridge until needed.
For servings add 100g ice cubed and 75mL chocolate mixture to a blender and blend for 20sec. Optionally serve with fresh whipped cream on top.
