- 20g hot chocolate
- 180mL milk of choice
- Melt you chocolate gentle with a double boiler or microwave oven.
- Add melted chocolate to your pot and stir in the milk over medium heat (optionally add steamed milk).
- Heat up to 87C and enjoy!
When Brewing hot chocolate you are making an emulsion. In order to avoid the chocolate to separate from your milk in your cup, we suggest melting the chocolate first and then adding your milk.
