We source the cocoa beans from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili, based in the Tanzanian village of Mbingu. Fermented for 6 days in 3-tier wooden boxes. Gently roasted and slowly conched, promoting the natural qualities of the cocoa.
All hand-crafted in Copenhagen.
Cocoa formulation 70% trinitario cocoa.
