Chef's Ground Chocolate is a two ingredient single origin chocolate and not cocoa powder. The chocolate made of cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili and organic cane sugar for Native Green project in Brazil. It is then ground into a coarse powder for easy and fast melting in the kitchen. We use it for cakes, pies, creams, and more because it melts more evenly and quickly than a chopped-up chocolate bar.
The chocolate is delivered freshly produced and as untempered chocolate.
Look for the tasting notes of coffee, apricot and mandarin.
