An earthy chocolate bar with savoury & crunchy hazelnuts.
Our coconut milk chocolate form the base of this bean-to-bar. Low roasting and slow conching maintain the natural qualities of the cocoa beans. Once the chocolate is tempered and in the mold we add roasted hazelnuts grown in the Italian Piedmont region known for its crispy rich nuts.

Key procedures The hazelnuts are grown on 70-year-old trees at traditional plantations in the region of Piedmont. They are roasted and carefully placed on the back of each chocolate bar.
