Aeropress

Ingredients

• 210mL Hot Water
• 15.5g Cocoa Brew

1. Add a filter to the filter-chamber and run hot water through the filter.
2. Add cocoa brew, then followed by hot water to the Aeropress. Start your timer when adding the water.
3. Stir after 30sec and add the filter-chamber.
4. Leave to extract for 1:30min.
5. At 1:30 plunge the Aeropress slowly for 30sec.
